Computer cooling

Work carried out by the Optoelectronics group of the University of California could possibly lead to super-efficient cooling of computers.
They have devloped a 'refridgerator' the size of a grain of sand to keep computer cpus cool. It works by using the thermoelectric effect of alternating silicon and germanium.Trials have produced a cooling of up to 7 centigrade.
