There are three ways to get the full drive capacity.
1. Partition the drive on installation to 137gb or less, install SP1, then you can partition the rest of the drive with Disk Management. You will have more than one partition this way.
2. Same thing, but instead of creating a new partition, use Partition Magic to expand the partition after SP1 is installed.
3. Burn a CD with SP1 "slipstreamed" into XP and use that to install with.
