I ran housecall and it found these virus

TROJ IMISERV.C
TROJ BLAZEFIND.A
TROJ AGENT.BF
DOS AGOBOT.GEN
TROJ DELF.RA
TROJ DELF.AR
TROJ DYFUCA.CN

And these are all uncleanable what do I do?
