You don't want to connect too many fans to the motherboard because if they draw too much juice you can end up with power related problems (like system instability). Just leave them the way they are and stop obsessing about the temperatures.

Thanks. One more thing, I have 2 rear mounted fans, maybe I should move one to the front for better air flow?
