I'm running a very similar system and have just started overclocking my processor so I have been KEENLY aware of my temps lately!

I'm clocked to 1729 right now and ASUS probe on my A7V333X reads my temps pretty consistently at 45C, and I am kind of suprised considering I only have two Antec 80MM fans. I think my temps may be lower than yours because I am nuts about round cables and airflow, using cable ties like no tomorrow to keep the case open. Also I have an aluminum case which really conducts that heat away.

How is your cabling inside? I'd recommend checking that out before you put more fans in there.
