OK, I just built this computer about a week ago and I went through PC Mech's OS Tweaks (http://www.pcmech.com/show/optimize/677/) and tweaked my system a little. I created a system restore point before I did any tweaks, but when I restarted and tried to log on I got an error saying...

Windows - Delayed Write Failed

Windows was unable to save all the data for the file C:\$Mft. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

this error pops up many times, sometimes the file changes. I did a system restore but it didn't work. any ideas?
