I understand the relationship between memory and bus speed but is the cpu multiplier in anyway related to the speed of the memory. I guess what I'm asking is would PC100 memory in anyway prohibit me from increasing the multiplier?

Also, I was wondering about everyone who posts questions about cpu temperature...Does anybody keep the cover on the computer? I would assume keeping the case wide open would certainly keep things cool.
