i'd get this or this crickets recommendation would come in 3rd for me.. either that or just stick with the stock HSF. get a motherboard supporting C'n'Q if u care about noise.

as for the ones you picked out.. the main difference is the silent boost has a quietER fan on it and so is quieter than the venus, and therefore the venus gives slightly lower temperatures. neither are brilliant though.
