That Celly will outperform the Pentium II.

The PII 300 has an FSB of 66 MHz and 512 KB of L2 Cache. The L2 Cache only operates at half speed.

The Celeron 633 also has an FSB of 66 MHz. It's got only 128 KB of L2 Cache, but on chip, means full speed. And that Celly is based on the PIII rather than the PII, so it's also got the ISSE instructions.
