Hey Queens, Grew up in Astoria myself. How are you connected to the internet? Is the NAV just a virus software or is it the complete system with firewall. Depending on how you are set up you may have to make sure all your firewalls settings are OK, and check the windows firewall also if you are running XP. I keep windows firewall off and just use Kerio, because the windows firewall disrupts my wireless connection.
