Well, I got up today and decided to give the installs another go. Lo and behold, one fo the programs that insisted on crashing yesterday installed fine! So I figured maybe the other one would. Nope, no such luck. So I start writing down the error message, but it finished backing up all the the memory before I can write it all down. After Windows reboots I got at it again, and once again it crashes 5 seconds into install. I continue writing down the message, but once again, not enough time. Windows rfeboots again, but this time, the 3rd time I have tried to install it, it gets through all 3 CD's of install just fine. /boggle Anyways, I have installed all the critical updates and Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000, and that was before it kept crashing on the last program install.

Here'sw what I got down of the error message:

***Stop:0x000000D1 (0xDEADFAE2, 0x0000002, 0xEB6F37AB) Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal
***Address EB6F37AB base at EB6F0000, (This is as far as I got)
