That many continuing beeps is used by the Award bios.
It signals ram problems mostly but it can be the video card ( they've got a seperate code for video problems but it can be this one as well ).
Since you've laready cleared the video card it looks like it's the memory.
I'm guessing your folks need to repalce their memory with another pc100/133 stick from Crucial.
