Actually isn't it spelled WACO and isn't it in Texas?

Hehehehe! Our rising prices are due to states such as California wanting to buy out our energy with their deep pockets. So in order to stay "competative" our local coops are raising their prices. One of our major employers where I live just closed it's door to it's 800 employees because they found out they could sell off their leased electricity to California and make more money. Sad situation.

Oh, and by the way Sarge I know how you feel, in Montana we've seen a tremendous population boom of immigrants who can't speak english. Mostly from countries such as California and Texas.

Sorry couldn't resist that...by the way I spent four years living in Texas and enjoyed most of it.
