Thanks for suggestion, but my router can't even spell WDS.

Was on NewEgg tonight, and came across this: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...122-062&depa=0 -- Netgear Range Extender Kit, Model WGXB102. Should be cheaper than AirPort; just hope range is better....

ps If my job weren't windows-based, I'd be hunting that MAC OS X v10.4 Tiger.
