. . . and Dells usually have an easy-to-read sticker on the bottom of the unit with the model numbers and customer IDs you'll need as you search the Dell support site (you can get to it from dell.com if you're not sure).
rj has you going in the right direction - you need an "exact-match" driver, that's all.
By the way, while in Device Manager (see rj's instructions on how), make a note of ALL yellow exclamation points or red Xs.... You'll need drivers for all devices that are "flagged" in that way. Don't worry, they'll all be on the Dell site. [Note: if you happen to have the Dell "Resource CD" lying around, your drivers might be right there on the CD. Might be a bit out-of-date, but should work. You can always update them later.] And don't go on the Internet without a firewall and antivirus in place! You'll want to visit Windows Update as soon as possible to get current with Security Patches.
