I found a strange solution for my problem. I had a USB Keyboard and USB-Mouse connected to my PC. Then I switched to a PS/2-Keyboard and the problem got lighter. The hicups accoured not that often. Then I finally switched to a PS/2 Mouse and the problem dissapeared. So this seems to be a hardware problem with my mainboard.
