ok so you are running the same processor as i am. HSF and HSU are interchangable mostly. it depends on if you are doing serious overclocking or not. for P4s, you can do some light overclocking just by raising the FSB but in order to get really high, you need to increase voltages. that's what causes most of the heat. if you just raise FSB a little, i doubt you need anything above stock cooling. thermalright does make good heatsinks and not sure but i think vantec makes good fans
