still don't know what went wrong thou, i reset the AP to fatory settings and re-did it (exactly the same as it was) and noweverything works fine.

it's notlike annboy could have messed with it (i'm the only one who has the admin password) does annyone know what might have caused this?? (i feel i still have a lot to learn
