Actually, it would be best to move the DELL power supply over to the new case. DELL computers are somewhat proprietary and the power supply motherboard power connection may be wired differently from a standard ATX. If you connect a standard ATX power supply to your DELL motherboard, you could fry it.
Why do you want to move the DELL guts to another case anyway?
