Have a drill?
If so just go to home depot or lowes and ask for a 3-1/8 (76mm) or a 3-1/4 (83mm) Bi-Metal hole saw. Make sure you get an arbor for it if it dosent come with one attached. Then put a piece of wood behind the place where the hole is going to be and it will come out perfect.
You can also get a nibbler wich will work good but you might have some jagged spots.
