Thanks for offering your advise, you might be right, but mostly the restart problem occurs due to problem in powersupply which is caused by voltage fluctuation.
This mostly happens when people use their computer without staplizer.
According to my limited and small experience, RAM causes display problem not restart problem.

HAL9000, I dont mean to say that you are wrong, every person has his own experience , I have worked little bit in a computer institute and what I have experienced during my work is that RAM causes display problems mostly .
