Ok well thats what I got out of it too.

But.....

Where did this white thing he's soldering the wires to come from?

and Is that just whats going to be used to plug in the "female connector" from the switches?

In this picture I realize one of the soldering groups is to plug into the "female connector" on the "control panel" but what is the other soldered group of wire for?

Also if anyone has a link or can descriebe exactly how switches such as these operate it may make it alot easier.
