You are right it is all about the people, on both sides of the fence. I do take my hat off to many of the CCC folks. they have a very difficult job to do dealing with the public. Hey carlmccut. If your bro has any problems with that NAV just drop me a pm and I'll stop by to see him. Uninstall his NAV and install the new AVG 7.0. I carry it with me on my Flash Drive always.
