Any modern processor, from either company, will excel in
ALL those tasks.
Case is completly up to you, whatever you like, as you'll have to look at it everyday, not us

. But, beware cases with cheap PSU's, and look for something with a swingable or removable motherboard tray. You can always buy a case you like w/ a cheap PSU in it, just toss the cheapie and get a real one form the good psu list.
