Ok, I agree I'll wait and see how WinME works first before I upgrade.

One quick thing I noticed on this PCI-E Video Card

It says at the bottem its for WinXP/Win 2000 as oposed to all the X8 Cards which all seem to have WinMe in them.

So this maks me think you have to have WinXP to get PCI-E Video Cards to work for games for example.
