I am also getting the same error message. I have tried all the "solutions" on the X Box web site. However, I only have 1 router, my CPU is in port 1 X box in port 2 and the modem ethernet cable is in the internet port. But no matter what I do, I can't get past DNS Server. I have tried entering the MAC address, but that won't allow the dashes, and set IP to Manual and entered that. Still no luck.
