I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you want to block certain websites, you use Internet options and go into the restricted sites and add the webpage you want to restrict. For example: if you want to block PCMech, you would type
www.pcmech.com into the address box in internet options, click apply and then you would no longer be able to access the site.
