I am looking for a good and easy to learn web design program. I have been toying around with Dreamweaver but it has a steep learning to it. I am kinda looking for somthing that I can build off of a template or drag and drop. I am a nubee at it and I ma looking for something that is easy to learn. After I learn the basic's of web design then I want to move up to a better program

Any ideas?
