Hey guys,

I'm trying to figure something out. A friend of mine sent me a message over the school network and the message came up in a notice box. The school server uses Windows NT. I've tried things in the command prompt but just can't figure out how my friend did it. I just want to be able to send a message back in the same way. Any ideas?
