That ip address is something you get assigned by windows when you not correctly connected. Unplug the router for 1 minute and plug it back in and try it back if not goto start menu goto run , cmd , and put ipconfig , if u get the same ip address try ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew, see what that gets you...
