The Masscool/Speeze FalconRock is a proven performer for a very reasonable price. It's probably just as good as the Thermaltake Volcano 10 and most likely runs more quietly.
Other good heatsink makers to look at are Swiftech, Zalman, Alpha, and Thermalright.
