Well...

Trend Micro has a virus cleaning / detection utility for DOS that is separate from PC-Cillin, so instead of running in safemode, you can run from either a boot or a terminal window.

The fact that you cleaned a virus and then the next day it was back could indicate that not all of the virus was removed successfully. Have you researched the name in their virus database? Here is a link to what I found:

A quick Windows Update should solve the problem after it is removed.
