I had the same problem. Virus kept repeating even after cleaning. It would show up the next day. I called them on the phone told them the problem They informed me that it was not a virus. They emailed me a patch (for want of a better word) that I downloaded and the problem was solved. I recommend calling them on the phone. They have allways have been quick to answer and quick to clear up my problem. I am very satisfied with there tech.support help over the phone.
