The thing I will point out here is that the 30+ members that PR has compiled as being 11-bit but not having posted recently include former moderators. Coming through the months here, I have, like you said, seeing smaller significance in the numbers and signatures. I do agree with the idea of implementing this custom avatar requirement as a symbol of accomplishment and committment.
