You should be able to get it well above PE speeds

I don't know if there's a comparison, but I'm able to push my x800Pro stable above PE speeds (I just don't do it because temps rise very quickly once I go above it) on stock cooling. With Arctic cooling, you should be able to get a decent OC out of it. As always : luck of the draw

But, as fedz stated : they are generally poor overclockers
