If you give that motherboard monitor a try, it can tell you the voltages being supplied by the PSU and if they are well off what they're supposed to be

140... erm I take it you mean fahrenheit! If you are that's really nothing to worry about. 140 celsuis and you'd be able to smell burning ;-)
