Internet connection slow
I have a problem, i am using a D-Link DI 60 cable/DSL router for Charters 3 meg a sec. service. I have two computers connected to my router but when one computer is downloading something the other computer slows down. I called Charter and they said both computers should get 3 megs and said it was something with my routerand contact D-link, I tried calling but after waiting on the line for 45 minutes I hung up and sent them an email but it usually takes two or three days before they get it. Does anybody know what could be wrong and please try to help me
