Don't know about the antivirus part because I've never had a virus; however, I must say the antispam is amazing- I receive 20-30 junk mails per day in Outlook.
I didn't check my email last weekend, but on Monday I had 80 emails waiting (76 of which were spam)- pc cillin automatically put all buy two of the spams into the spam folder- and this is without any training at all.
