Personaly I like feather pillows, man made fibre pillows are too thin, uncomfortable, offer no support and become down right manky in no time.

Punk when I was a teenager I lived in an area where the houses were all very similar in shape and style, a friend of mine being a little loopy to say the least decided one day that he needed more room in his bedroom, so he binned his bed and built a very strong frame the width of the room and about four foot deep. This he built approximately six feet off the floor, he decked the frame, put his mattress up on top and slept up there, WE then turned the extra space into a studio for our guitar sessions.
