I just reformated my Computer and reinstalled Windows XP Pro and SP2. Now whenever i go online i goto a site and its just hangs there

Then i get the "The page cant be displayed" and then all i do is hit the refreah button and its there in seconds!! Seems i always have to refresh and im there..I installed Fire Fox and it does it with it too. I never had this problem before i reformated with IE 6, i have DSL connection from Verizon and i updated there software too but it still happends...

P.S. I have all the Windows updates that are out....

Any ideas??
