I'm a believer in using proven technology. I'm nowhere near ready to jump on the DDR2 bandwagon yet. Don't let ram make your processor choice for you, look at the big picture. The only ram issue I'm a firm believer in is dual channel technology. Standard DDR is dirt cheap right now, I'd take advantage of that.
