Red face using ICS from wireless computer that connects to wired network

Hello, I've been working on this problem for a long time and nobody has been able to help me on this (not even fellow techs) but I'm hoping for luck here.

I have a network of 4 computers that are connected via a wired router and one of those computers also has a wireless NIC that I want to be able to connect to another router that is wireless. Ok, if I connect all PCs into the wired router and nothing to the wireless router then all computers can see each other no problem. When I try to link the wireless PC to the wireless router while it's still connected to the wired network, I get no internet (I can't even connect to the wireless router to check settings). If I disconnect/disable the PC's wired NIC and link to the wireless router then that computer will get internet but ICS won't work. I've checked IP addresses and there's no conflict (fyi: they're all using the 192.168.0.x range). The wireless router is set for a class C subnet with 0 in the last octet, just as all the other computers/router is set up. Maybe my default gateway's wrong? I've tried every combination I can think of to no avail. Has anyone come across this situation? Can anyone help? I've also checked out www.practicallynetworked.com and that didn't help.
