Ok, I`m sure you`ve tried uninstalling the program, manually checking and cleaning any remnants from the Programs folder and any registry entries and then re-installing after a reboot.
At this point I would try running the program in another mode. Try working your way down through W2k, W98, ME and see if this helps. Make sure your video drivers are updated. I see a lot of runtime 216 errors related to other software. Try removing any software that is uneeded or may have caused problems prior to this and manually remove directories and registry entries. Trim your start up folder to the bare minimum with msconfig.
