both pc's full computer name is: tech-gaa587246a?
so on the pc named tech-gaa587246a click the start button>right click my network places>select search for computers.
type in the name of the other pc that you are trying to locate and search your network.
are you able to ping the other pc's ip address and get replies now that u have disabled all of the firewalls?
type this: ping -t 192.168.1.xxx "x" represents where you would put the last 3 digits of the pc's ip address you r trying to communicate with. so for the ips u listed you would type ping -t 192.168.1.100.
