Hi Guys

I have this really strange problem ever since I moved.
I have a box setup just for P2P stuff and it worked just fine before, with the same same modem (Rogers Cable Extreme, Ontario)
Now when trying to upload, it gives 1 big burst of sped and it pauses.
like 50kb in one burst and then the upload stops and the speed indicator starts to drop until 0bytes.

I have reinstalled DC++, tried it on another machine and even tried a direct connection to the Internet without a router.
My cable modem works fine with any other application I ahve thrown at it at great speeds. it was suggested to me that my speed is unstable and it confuses the p2p program. I have tested and I have no packet loss.
any ideas?
