I actually use something very similar to shedule a reboot.

C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE shell32.dll,SHExitWindowsEx 0x2

As part of my nightly scheduled maintenance tasks, the last thing done is a reboot so first thing in the morning the computer is freshly booted.
