courto, that was the link I was looking for! But I found the answer right before I read your post. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network\DisablePwdCaching change from (1) to (0). Hope I didn't wreck anything else in the process. I'm so darn proud of myself.
