I really like wood cases. There is something satisfying about taking something as modern as a computer and putting it inside an old classic beautiful material like wood. It takes something that is cold and common and turns it into something beautiful and unique. Us older folks remember when TV sets and stereo units were made of wood and they could be used as a piece of furniture. Modern looking computers don't look good in older, classic homes. I plan on making my next computer case out of wood and using it as an entertainment computer in the living room.
