You can download an install version (which you can very easily dual boot) or a live CD version of Ubuntu here: http://www.ubuntulinux.org/download/ it comes bundled with FireFox and is very easy to set up, it only took about half an hour to install and dual boot this machine and I was on the internet in about twenty seconds, I am using it now with FireFox to type this.
Ubuntu comes bundled with some good hard ware support.
