[Artaudd]

I play games alot and this happens more and more often .... when i play a game it generally changes the resolution and you can hear your monitor click into the different resolution. The problem is the monitor is frequently going black. i can listen to the computer and tell everthing is going ok but the monitor is not displaying anything. not only that but when i turn the computer off the green data light normally turns light orange to signify that no data is comming or whatever but the monitor light stays green and then when i restarty the computer the monitor is still displaying the black screen but the computer starts up normally(i can hear it) . To fix it i have to turn off all the power to the monitor and the computer and wait an unspecified amount of time for it to work again. When i start the computer it either clicks back into resolution or stays black with the green light. has anyone ever heard of this? bad monitor? bad video card? bad driver??
